Acton office building sold for $1.17M

InfoTree Investment LLC has purchased the building at 30 Nagog Park in Acton for $1.17 million according to the broker, Marlborough-based O'Brien Commercial Properties Inc.

Marlborough firm lands 3 multi-year leases in MetroWest

Greater Boston Commercial Properties Inc. of Marlborough has announced three new commercial office lease deals in Westborough and Framingham, totaling more than 11,000 square feet. Hiperos LLC, a computer software company specializing in third-party management, signed a two-year lease on a 2,704 square-foot property at 176 East Main St. in Westborough. The office condominium building is located at the intersection of Route 9 and Route 30. A second Westborough deal brought Stellar Apparel to a 778-square-foot space at 57 East Main St., a three-year deal.
