UniBank, the Whitinsville-based financial institution with 13 branches across Central Massachusetts, is working to open a new branch location in The Revington, the new mixed-use apartment building directly across the street from Polar Park.

One year after closing branch locations in Marlborough and Westborough, Boston-based Berkshire Bank has sold the properties to an Auburn-based real estate investment firm.

The homes at the project are already listed on rental listing website Apartments.com, where rent prices for non-subsidized houses range from $3,375 to $4,100.
