Where do you do the bulk of your in-store holiday shopping?

Apple is moving its Central Massachusetts retail store from the indoor Solomon Pond Mall in Marlborough to the Millbury outdoor plaza The Shops at Blackstone Valley in Millbury on Dec. 12, just as the holiday shopping season is in full swing. While online shopping has been steadily on the rise for more than a decade, reports show U.S. shoppers still see the value in in-person shopping, especially amongst Gen-Zers. In fact, a 2024 study by London-based consulting firm EY found 63% of Gen-Z shoppers planned to do their holiday shopping in-person.
