The organization is moving to have a single leadership team to oversee both services provided and business growth.

Ascentria Care Alliance, a human services nonprofit based in Worcester with a presence throughout New England, has hired Christine Tappan as the new chief of strategy and external relations. Tappan will join the executive team in strategic planning for organizational development and fundraising.
