Brodeur assumed his presidential role at Fletcher Tilton in March after spending his entire professional career with the firm. With 30 attorneys and 14 partners across two local offices, the more than 200-year-old law firm is the third largest in Central Mass. and has become a foundational institution within the region.
Throughout his tenure, Brodeur has represented clients in transactions and developments concerning hundreds of millions of dollars in assets. This past year alone, he represented a buyer group that purchased a $40-million apartment complex, represented a seller on diligence and zoning related matters pertaining to a $120-million warehouse sale that straddle multiple town lines, and permitted the construction of a 200-megawatt battery energy storage system in Uxbridge.
Beyond his legal practice, Brodeur has held longstanding leadership roles within the community. He previously served on the board of trustees of Worcester’s EcoTarium for 15 years and has served as a Shrewsbury board of assessor member for 13 years. Additionally, he works as director of The Major David Brodeur Memorial Foundation, a nonprofit offering scholarships and grants to students of the Auburn public school system in honor of his late brother, U.S. Air Force Major David Brodeur.
