Jon Salois has elevated Atlas Distributing into an award-winning force in the competitive beverage distribution industry while leading a team of 27 sales representatives and six sales managers across Worcester, Middlesex, Norfolk, Hampden, and Hampshire counties.
Under his leadership, the family-owned distributor has increased market share over the past decade and achieved the prestigious Molson Coors Northeast Quality Award in 2014, recognizing excellence in product quality, internal processes, and overall focus on teamwork, community, and environment. Salois has been instrumental in brand launches including New Belgium Brewing, Greater Good Imperial Brewing, and the popular Sun Cruiser and Surfside brands. His strategic partnerships with suppliers like Double Down Brewing and Bay State Brewing have expanded Atlas Distributing’s portfolio while maintaining the company’s reputation for quality.
His commitment to excellence culminated in achieving perfect scores in supplier quality audits for two consecutive years in 2024 and 2025, an unprecedented accomplishment for the company. Before joining Atlas Distributing, Salois served as area manager for Boston Beer Co. in New York, where he doubled his team from eight to 16 members and achieved 30% case volume growth in his final year. He is a board member for the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce and participates in the Canal Diggers Road Race committee.
