To say Emily M. Sricharoenchaikit is driven would be a vast understatement. As a financial advisor, she specializes in helping business owners reach their retirement goals through financial planning and risk management.
She leads the firmâs corporate retirement plan practice, grew it to more than $120 million in assets, created charitable gifting solutions for families wishing to leave a legacy, and designed tax efficient strategies for clients with employer stock held in their 401(k)s. She started the firmâs first retirement plan newsletter to further inform clients about retirement options. Described as having a certain charisma making every day accomplishments seem like milestones, Sricharoenchaikit is not only a leader in the office, but in her personal life as well. Since the age of 15, she has been active in Venture Crew 100, an affiliate of the Boy Scout of America which encourages youth to develop leadership skills. She fundraises with the Corridor 9/495 Regional Chamber of Commerce through the Community Harvest Project and serves as an executive committee member for the Worcester Estate Planning Council. At home, she is on a mixed hockey team, a free climber, and a member of the National Association of Asian American Professionals.
