Ashley Coffey has established herself as a rising force in commercial real estate law, achieving partnership at Mirick.

Her diverse client base includes commercial landlords, tenants of varying sizes and industries, and commercial lenders. Notable career highlights include representing the seller of land to a professional baseball team, representing a large hospital in purchasing another local hospital, and representing a lender in a $22.7-million loan for construction of a new Worcester County apartment complex. Coffey’s expertise draws from her unique background as former claims counsel for Stewart Title Guaranty Co., where she developed deep experience in real estate title issues.

This background allows her to identify potential problems early in transactions. In the community, she served as past chair of the Tri-County Regional Chamber, on the Nichols College Board of Advisors, and participates in the Milford High School Connections Program, where she has mentored the same student since freshman year. As a corporator at UMass Memorial Health – Milford Regional Medical Center since 2023, she helps the hospital meet patient, corporate, and community goals. Her athletic background includes touring Europe playing basketball for Team USA through USA Athletes International.
