TransCode Therapeutics, Inc., an RNA oncology company, announced on July 13 it would close its initial public offering of nearly 7.2 million shares at $4 per share. 

Healey: $500M opioid settlement will hold corporations responsible

On Wednesday, Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey announced a $26-billion dollar resolution with major opioid manufacturers and distributors such as Cardinal, McKesson, AmerisourceBergen and Johnson & Johnson. 

Retirement credit bill would add three-year bonus for essential workers

Public employees in the state who worked in-person during the COVID-19 state of emergency would receive a three-year bonus retirement credit under legislation advocates pitched as a way to recognize the often-times perilous tasks essential workers undertook during the pandemic.
