Tenet Healthcare reaches Natick bargaining agreement in the midst of Saint Vincent strike

MetroWest Medical Center Leonard Morse Hospital, a Tenet Healthcare behavioral health center in Natick, announced on Wednesday it had reached a 30-month labor agreement with Laborers' International Union of North America, which represents 75 of the center’s mental health counselors and patient care associates.
