Tenet Health Corp., the Dallas-based multinational parent company of Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, on Wednesday reported $139 million in profits for the first quarter, the first one since the 301-day nurses strike ended at the Worcester hospital.

Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester will close its outpatient dialysis unit by July, according to a Friday message from CEO Carolyn Jackson addressed to the Saint Vincent team.

On Monday afternoon, nurses at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester voted 302 to 133 against a decertification effort of their membership in the Massachusetts Nurses Association union.

Saint Vincent Hospital is reopening two outpatient services, which were closed in August due to staffing challenges, the Worcester healthcare provider announced Wednesday.

CEO Carolyn Jackson, who was often personally the target of the union members’ frustration, is now tasked with repairing the hospital's culture.
