Students at Nichols College studying data science will soon have more resources at their disposal, following a $1-million donation to the school from an anonymous donor.

Nichols College in Dudley has entered a partnership with Pocasset Pokanoket Land Trust, an Indigenous-led nonprofit, to offer a farming financial literacy course for farmers across New England. 

Nichols College in Dudley and UMass Dartmouth have made official a partnership to allow Nichols students to pursue an accelerated law degree at UMass Law, the only public law school in Massachusetts.

Glenn Sulmasy is out as Nichols College president, according to an announcement posted Tuesday afternoon to the Dudley school’s website.

CNN reported Glenn Sulmasy exchanged more than 1,600 texts – some of which were racy and indicated a willingness to show favoritism – with a student when he was serving as an instructor at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.
