Three of Flexcon’s top executives have departed the company, as the Spencer-based film and adhesive manufacturer has named a new CEO.

Spencer-based adhesive manufacturer Flexcon has hired its first chief commercial officer to enhance its organizational priorities in order to expand into markets and territories. 

Nick Tucci has been named as senior vice president and CFO of Flexcon Holdings Trust, the Spencer-based parent company of Flexcon Co.
