Morgan Stanley buys 21-acre Nypro warehouse in Devens for $85M

A 402,249-square-foot warehouse on Barnum Road in Devens, which houses several manufacturing companies, was sold for $85 million to multinational investment bank Morgan Stanley, according to the Worcester County Registry of Deeds.

Nypro May Fill Former Evergreen Space In Devens

Since news broke last week that Clinton-based precision-injection molding manufacturer Nypro is scouring Central Massachusetts for a new manufacturing site to accommodate new contracts for the production of medical devices, there's been speculation about whether it might set up shop in space left vacant when Evergreen Solar shuttered its Devens plant in 2011.

Feds Boost Aid To Ex-Evergreen Solar Workers

The federal government has announced a continued-assistance grant of more than $400,000 for more than 300 workers impacted by the 2011 closing of Evergreen Solar in Devens and Marlborough, as well as two of the company' staffing firms.
