After graduating WPI in 2003, Staruk joined Consigli as project engineer and, after two productive years, was promoted to project manager before achieving senior project manager status for her leaderships on projects large and small.

Semidei is a dancer, choreographer and director for Raices, with experience such as co-founding Hispania Dance Co. and working with local programs like Worcester State University Latino Education Institute's Isla Theater.

Royce joined UniBank in 2015, after serving in financial roles at other institutions for nine years, including small business development and retail branch management before transitioning into commercial lending.

Salois joined Atlas six years ago after working at Morgan Stanley in New York City and Eaton Vance Management in Boston, returning to work with his father, Joe Salois, Atlas president and owner.

Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, Reardon co-founded Commonwealth in 2010 with Brian Pelczarski, transforming the firm from credit and debit processing to assisting with accounts receivable for clients ranging from entrepreneurs to multinationals, opening offices in New York, New Hampshire and Washington, D.C.

Six years ago, Murrieta and a group of artists wanted to pool talents and passion for mentoring youth, launching free youth arts program Main IDEA.

Bajrami Campoverde founded Golden Group in 2011 while still attending WSU, seeing a need for a roofing firm to focus on concierge customer service – using the hospitality lessons she learned while working at her family's restaurant since age 14.

Brooklyn born-and-raised, Worcester became home to Mangione after she went to Clark University to receive her doctorate in developmental psychology and settled roots in the city, particularly in the LGBTQ community, co-founding the organization Airspray throwing queer dance parties at Electric Haze monthly with 200+ people in attendance.

Shortly after turning 23, Aylward opened his inclusive fitness facility, the byproduct of thousands of hours spent with the Special Olympics, Best Buddies and working in disability services.
