UMass Memorial Health has opened its second UrgentCare Express at Harrington, with the new Southbridge facility joining the Oxford location.

UMass Memorial Health has appointed Dr. Lynda Young as board chair and Elvira Guardiola as vice chair of the board of trustees. Young is the first woman to be chair, and Guardiola is the first woman and the first Latina to be vice chair.

RoslinCT and Lykan Bioscience, a combined cell therapy manufacturer, announced Tuesday it is adding six processing suites at its Hopkinton facility. Tenet Healthcare has named Christian Bartholomew as the new chief human resources officer for the Massachusetts market and Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester. Bartholomew will assume the role on Monday.

Ascentria Care Alliance, a human services nonprofit based in Worcester with a presence throughout New England, has hired Christine Tappan as the new chief of strategy and external relations. Tappan will join the executive team in strategic planning for organizational development and fundraising.

MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham and Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester have appointed a new shared chief medical officer.
