Worcester launches rental registry program, $300 daily fine for non-compliance

The price of single-family homes in Central Massachusetts continues to climb, as median sales prices increased again in Worcester and Middlesex Counties during February. This is largely a continuation of trends seen in January and during the whole of 2023.

The property was sold by Scannell Properties, an Indiana-based real estate firm that purchased the then-undeveloped parcel for $3 million in December 2021 from MassDevelopment.
