After weeks of relative calm, a power struggle over control of Tyngsborough-based supermarket chain Market Basket has escalated, after the company’s board fired two longtime executives who have sided with suspended CEO and President Arthur T. Demoulas.
The Herb Chambers Cos., the Somerville-based automotive retail and service firm with ten locations in Central Massachusetts, has finalized its sale to Atlanta-based Asbury Automotive Group for $1.45 billion.

Vitória has 15 locations in total across Massachusetts, according to Google Maps listings. The company has been expanding since it took over operation of D’Errico’s, opening a Burlington location earlier in 2025.
