The Worcester city administration is proposing a new oversight board for the Polar Park baseball stadium, whose members would be appointed by the city manager.

The City of Worcester is accepting qualifications from artists interested in designing a sculpture inspired by city resident and abolitionist Abby Kelley Foster, to be placed on the corner of Main and Walnut Street, the city announced on Thursday.
