Natick-based ZweigWhite Information Services LLC has bought the San Diego, Calif.-based Environmental Business Journal from Environmental Business International for an undisclosed amount.
The EBJ is a newsletter for the environmental industry, and also publishes a series of market reports on environmental remediation, water quality, air pollution, analytical laboratories, hazardous waste and consulting and engineering. EBJ also organizes an annual environmental industry summit.
EBJ will be absorbed into ZweigWhite’s business intelligence division, and EBJ founder Grant Ferrier will join ZweigWhite.
ZweigWhite is a management consulting, information and education firm for the design and construction industry.
