Your favorite Thanksgiving dishes, visualized
In the spirit of Thanksgiving, Chelmsford visual data company Datawatch has released a seasonal demonstration that allows users to measure the nutritional content of their favorite Thanksgiving dishes, and learn fun facts about turkey production by state and how consumption has increased through the years.
Thanksgiving is not a day to diet, but for those who plan to pay attention to calorie intake Thursday, the interactive demo can be found here. Warning: Pecan pie lovers may want to skip this one.
