To better align the company for industry shifts, Worcester-based non-profit child welfare company Youth Opportunities Upheld, Inc. (YOU) has appointed two vice presidents.
Both new appointees, Kristin Myotte and Anne Fine, have been with the agency for at least a dozen years.
In a press release, the company said Mayotte has been with the company for 24 years, most recently as the education and employment component director. In her new role as the vice president for strategy and program development, she’ll be focusing on developing new and innovative services.
Fine, a 12-year veteran in the company, has held the director of outpatient services job. Now the vice president of behavioral health, Fine will focus on collaborations between behavioral health and physical health services.
“These appointments best align YOU, Inc. for industry shifts in behavioral health for children, for integrated care efforts and collaborations, and for development of new services,”
