The renovation of Worcester State College‘s administration building has won a Green Building of America award from Real Estate & Construction Review.
The project will be featured in the review’s Northeast Green Success Stories edition.
The building dates back to 1932 and was completely renovated using several green building practices and technologies. The feature in Real Estate & Construction Review will include a case study of the project and interviews with Worcester State officials, as well as project architects and contractors.
Worcester State’s administration building is one of five green success stories being highlighted by the magazine. Projects have also been chosen from the Southeast, Northwest, Southwest and Midwest.
