Worcester State College has appointed Charles Cullum as provost and vice president for academic affairs.
Cullum currently works as associate provost and dean of graduate studies at Kutztown University in Pennsylvania. He has a doctorate in English from Temple University and has worked in higher education administration for 14 years.
Cullum will begin the new job on July 1.
