Worcester Polytechnic Institute will host a state Workforce Training Fund information session focused on guidelines for several of the fund’s grants.
The session is scheduled for 4 p.m. Oct. 9 at the university’s Higgins House and will be conducted by Michael Corcoran, state Department of Workforce Development supervisor of operations.
Corcoran is expected to discuss how businesses can provide employee training and development using the fund’s general, express and hiring incentive grants.
