World Energy Solutions, Inc., a Worcester-based energy brokerage company that enables consumers to purchase electricity resources through the World Energy Exchange, has named David Bat senior vice president of sales.
Bat has worked for 20 years in the field of diversified energy including working with commercial, industrial and government customers along with aggregators, brokers and consultants.
Bat previously served as vice president and general manager for the third largest commercial and industrial electricity provider in ERCOT. He also led the development of Chevron Energy Solutions for Chevron Corporation, where he built a supply-side consulting business to serve commercial, industrial and government/institution customers.
