Workers Credit Union of Littleton hired Elizabeth Hayes to the newly created position of executive vice president and chief member experience officer on July 25.
In this role, Hayes would be responsible for all member-facing areas in the credit union, according to the WCU announcement on Monday.
Hayes had been president and CEO of Infinity Federal Credit Union of Westbrook, Maine, until Infinity merged with Illinois-based Deere Employee Credit Union in May 2021. She then served as market president of the DECU-owned Infinity Credit Union, which adopted a state charter under its new owners.
“I am inspired by the opportunity to work with the team at Workers Credit Union to further their important mission of promoting financial wellness for their members,” said Hayes in a press release.
Prior to Infinity Federal Credit Union, Hayes spent nearly 15 years at Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union in Minnesota, where she held several positions including executive vice president, chief administrative officer, senior vice president, and chief relationship officer. She has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and financial services from Metro State University in Minnesota and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from St. Catherine University in Minnesota.
