Regus, a company providing office work spaces across the country, has renewed its lease for 15,000 square feet in Marlborough.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed in the announcement from New Dover Associates in Framingham, which represented the landlord, CIL Cedar LLC, in the deal. Lois Nora Scarlata and Daniel Candee are listed as the agents for Lincoln-based CIL Cedar LLC in the Massachusetts Corporation Division filings.
Regus leases at 225 Cedar Hill St., a three-story 107,520-square-foot office building that is fully leased.
