Worcester's fourth cannabis dispensary to open Tuesday

Resinate, the fourth marijuana dispensary planned for Worcester, will open on Tuesday after receiving final approval to open by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission.
Gov. Charlie Baker on Monday morning ordered the closure of all non-essential business starting Tuesday and through April 7. However, medical marijuana dispensaries like Resinate are allowed to stay open.
Recreational marijuana dispensaries are not considered essential businesses, according to Baker's order.
Resinate has only received permission to open for medical, although the company is pursuing a recreational license, too. The store is located at 1191 Millbury St. in Worcester.
Worcester's only recreational marijuana store is Good Chemistry on Harrison Street, which is also a medical dispensary.
