Economic conditions are “too difficult to continue operation” of the Boston Billiard Club, which will close its 454 Grove St. location in Worcester next week.
The 36 employees were notified of the closure last week. Eeskay MA, Inc., which owns the club, said the closure will not impact the Nashua, N.H. location of the same name.
The club has been open for 20 years in Worcester and general manager Mike Lincoln said he hopes to possibly reopen sometime in the future.
