An 8,540-square-foot warehouse on Webster Street in Worcester has sold for $400,000 to a buyer who will use the building for his business.
The warehouse at 103 Webster St. was bought by Michael Murray from the estate of f Robert J. Potvin.
Murray will use the building as storage for his Worcester moving and storage company Murray Trucking, according to a release from A. Murray Real Estate, LLC that represented the seller.
