A 120,000 square-foot warehouse space in Worcester has been purchased by Chacharone Properties for $950,000.
The purchase of the former home of Pullman Modular at 10 Pullman St. in Worcester took place on April 25, according to a release from A. Murray Real Estate, LLC, the broker of the sale. The sale includes 5.5 acres of land along with the warehouse building located on the northern part of the city off of West Boylston Street.
The property was sold by C.N.E. Inc, to Chacharone Properties under the name Grove Street Properties, LLC. The warehouse has a number of current tenants, according to A. Murray Real Estate, and new tenants have expressed interest in leasing available space.
Chacharone Properties is based in Worcester and was founded in 1987 by James Chacharone. The company is family-owned and manages multiple properties throughout Central Massachusetts.
