A school that trains industrial engineers has bought an 8,000-square-foot office building at 11 Buffum Dam Rd. in Oxford.
The Technology Learning Center of Worcester paid $600,000 for the property and has relocated there from Stafford Street in Worcester. The property’s former owner, American Polymers Inc., has another office in Oxford and one in Worcester.
The Technology Learning Center has about 10 employees and does steam and boiler engineering training as well as industrial training for mechanical and electrical equipment.
Worcester-based commercial real estate firm Glickman Kovago & Co. handled the transaction, which closed late last month.
