Dovetail Internet Technologies, a web development firm formerly based in Worcester, has moved to a new headquarters in Auburn to accommodate growth at the firm.
“We’re excited to call Auburn our new home,” Michael Villa, founder and president of Dovetail, said in a Jan. 10 press release announcing the move. “After 15 incredible years in Worcester, our growth made this move essential. Our new location positions us to expand operations, support our growing team, and continue delivering innovative software and service solutions to our valued clients and partners.”
The new facility, located at 103A Millbury Street, is a 6,000-square-foot space including multiple conference rooms, open workspace areas, and a private kitchen.
The site is part of the larger 103-105 Millbury St. parcel, which contains 24,321 square feet of commercial space and is owned by Martin Reisner of Clinton, according to Town of Auburn property records.
Established in 1999, Dovetail offers services which include e-commerce platforms, web hosting, and web design. The firm has 13 local employees, according to data provided to the WBJ Research Department.
