Worcester smoke shop plaza gets new facade

The shopping center at 725 Grafton St. in Worcester this month underwent a facade renovation.

The 38-year old plaza got a new stucco facade and columns, signage and LED exterior lighting, according to Southwest Properties, LLC of Sutton, which owns the building. Construction on Grafton Hill Marketplace began last October and was completed in June by Precision Plus Contracting of Webster. It is the first major renovation in the plaza’s history.

Tenants include Family Dollar, Advance Auto Parts, H&B Liquors, New England Home Furniture and Jay’s Smoke Shop. The plaza has space available ideal for a pad site with a drive-through.
