The Perkins Farm Marketplace shopping center off Grafton Street in Worcester has landed a $13.1 million refinancing loan from three area banks.

The refinance loan was brokered by Boston-based mortgage banking firm Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP. The loan was provided by Whitinsville-based UniBank for Savings with Webster Five Cents Savings Bank and Marlborough Savings Bank.

The shopping center is owned by KOP Perkins Farm Marketplace LLC, an affiliate of shopping center developer and operator Centro Properties Group.

The 203,000-square-foot center was redeveloped in 1998, and is fully leased to tenants that include Super Stop & Shop, A.J. Wright, Building 19, Flagship Bank, among others.
