WTAG will continue to broadcast Worcester Sharks hockey games through the 2013-14 American Hockey League season, the team announced.
All games will be heard live on WTAG’s AM (580) and FM (94.9) stations, with the team’s public relations director, Eric Lindquist, calling the play by play. Lindquist is entering his eighth season in professional hockey and has called more than 500 games.
“WTAG radio has been the home of Worcester Sharks hockey since day one and we are proud to extend our partnership,” said team President Michael A. Mudd.
