A 45,000-square-foot shopping center on Stafford Street in Worcester has been sold for $3.5 million, according to the Worcester County Registry of Deeds.
The Stafford Station shopping center at 120 Stafford St. was sold Dec. 18 to 120S LLC, which is headed by Douglas Cutler of Worcester-based Cutler Management Corp., according to state records.
Cutler manages a number of commercial properties in Worcester and Westborough, according to its website.
The seller was a limited partnership headed by Gary Librandi, owner of Tropic Sun Tanning Salon, which located in the plaza. Spencer Savings Bank issued Cutler a mortgage for $2.5 million, records show.
John M. Peckham of Boston-based Peckham Boston Advisors and Worcester-based broker Leon Resnick brokered the sale.
