Café Espresso Trattoria will be moving to 395 Chandler St. in Worcester by the end of the year after agreeing to a lease with the property’s owner, 395 Chandler LLC.
The lease was announced by Glickman Kovago & Co. of Worcester, which brokered the agreement between the parties.
The restaurant, currently located at 19 Wall St., Worcester, will be able to offer parking for up to 100 diners by moving the three miles to Chandler Street next to the Rite Aid store. The Wall Street location does not offer parking, according to Mark Johns of Glickman Kovago, who represented Café Espresso.
