The North Central Massachusetts Development Corporation on Wednesday announced it approved a $50,000 loan to Worcester Public Market food vendor Pasta Mani.
The loan was used by Pasta Mani owner Jason Midwood to fund some kitchen equipment, startup costs and working capital. The loan was part of a financing partnership with TD Bank and Minwood, who also worked with the Small Business Development Center at Clark University in Worcester on his business plan and projections.
Pasta Mani creates hand-made pasta and is located at the Worcester Public Market in Kelley Square.
