The owner of 398 Belmont St. in Worcester has sold the 5,100 square-foot property for $825,000.
The former site of Creative Playthings was sold to Dancing Penguin Partners, LLC, according to Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates. The buyer is planning to move its insurance agency into the location and renovate the remainder of the building to lease to a tenant.
