Five multi-families in downtown Webster were sold by Worcester-based 7 Hills Property Management for $2.4 million, according to the Worcester South District Registry of Deeds.
The seller of the property was Baystate Investment Fund LLC, which is registered to Edward Murphy, founder and president of 7 Hills Property Management. He has been involved in some Canal District development.
Baystate Investment Fund sold the properties to Tiffany Murphy Properties LLC in a deal closed Jan. 13. The buying entity is registered to Tiffany Galipeau of Sutton.
The Webster properties include 2 East Main St., a 11-bedroom, 6,500-square-foot building located on more than an acre of land, according to the Webster assessors’ database. The properties at 24-26 East Main St. and 72 Granite St., which were included in the deal, are rental properties totaling 6,300 square feet at 15 bed rooms. The last two properties, 15 Maynard Ave. and 19 Park St. which are both roughly 5,000-square-foot multi-families.
In total, the five properties are assessed by the Town of Webster at $1.08 million.
