Three properties in the South Worcester Industrial Park have been purchased, including a site that will be the future workplace for 80 employees of Worcester’s Table Talk Pies.
The three parcels, 65 Armory St., 17 Southgate St. and 25 Southgate St. in Worcester were purchased by Chacharone Properties, a developer and owner of numerous industrial and office properties throughout the city, according to NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs that handled the sale. They sold for a collective $350,000.
Chacharone Properties will be constructing an approximately 50,000 square foot building for the park’s first tenant, Table Talk Pies. Once completed in late 2017, this new facility will bring 80 new jobs to the area, according to NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs.
The properties were sold by the city of Worcester.
