Worcester business owner Joseph Germain has purchased 0.43 acres of industrial land at 18 Atlas St. in Worcester for $35,000.
According to Glickman Kovago & Co., the Worcester-based commercial real estate firm that brokered the sale, Germain, a Paxton resident who owns Marr Oil Heat Co., plans to use the land as an equipment storage area.
The property is off Sunderland Road between Route 20 and Grafton Street.
Germain bought the parcel from the Abraham Sack Realty Trust.
