The city of Worcester is holding its first-ever landlord summit aimed at informing owners and potential investors about the nuances of being a landlord.
The free event will take place on Saturday, Oct. 22 at the DCU Center, from 8.30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The target audience for this event is current and prospective owners of rental properties in Worcester, particularly full-time landlords and part-time investors. Attendees will have the chance to meet and hear presentations from city officials -- including city councilors, City Manager Ed Augustus, and department heads – along with subject matter experts in various fields.
