Canton-based Timberline Construction Corp. has completed the first phase of a $3.2-million renovation of the Family Health Center in Worcester.
According to the New England Real Estate Journal and Timberline’s website, the full, 27,000-square-foot project includes interior fit-outs on all three floors of the building at 26 Queen St.
Phase one included creation of a large waiting area and central nurse station. NEREJ said other areas of renovation include a records room, administrative support areas, restrooms and a staff lounge with lockers and a common kitchen dining space.
The second of three phases is in progress. The final stages include dental treatment areas, waiting rooms, operatory spaces, a visual services pharmacy and administrative space.
