A local attorney has purchased a Park Street building in Worcester that had most recently housed a True Value Hardware Store.
540 Park Ave. LLC, whose registered agent is attorney Paul J. Demoga, bought the 9,200-square-foot commercial building located at 548 Park Ave. for $600,000, according to Worcester-based real estate broker Glickman Kovago & Co.
Some of the space is already leased. Glickman Kovago said that its agents brokered a lease with Integral Resources Inc., which will rent 4,600 square feet in the building to operate a call center with 100 to 150 employees.
The property was formerly owned by the estate of Paul Poirier.
