IT Vending of Worcester has landed a three-year contract to provide snack machine vending services to the City of Worcester.
The contract was awarded July 15 and begins Aug. 1. The city issued an RFP seeking vending proposals, and IT Vending was the winning bid.
Michael J. Grandone at IT Vending said this is the first time his company has secured a contract with the City of Worcester. The company will be placing its candy and snack machines in approximately 20 locations throughout the city and potentially more if they are requested over the three years of the contract.
