Bay State Investment Fund LLC of Worcester has purchased the former Salty Dog building at 1 Kelley Sq. for $1 million, the company said.
It also said the deal was financed by Southbridge Savings Bank.
The sale of the 28,780-square-foot space, which also includes 3 Kelley Sq. and a parking lot at 23 Harding St., is a mixed-use building that houses six businesses and two residential units, with another 9,500 sqft of office and retail space is for lease according to Murphy
