The Worcester firm of Glickman Kovago & Jacobs has brokered the $7.3 million sale of a Connecticut property that is the site of a Walgreens Pharmacy.
The triple net lease at 157 Main St. in East Haven, Conn. has 19 years remaining of its initial term of 25 years, according to a release from the company. The Buyer, SI Willimantic LLC of Farmington, Conn. was represented by Indrek Buttner, Vice President, NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs. The seller was East Haven Hemingway LLC of Litchfield, Conn. and was represented by Jeff Bracco, Senior Investment Advisor, SVN The Kase Group of San Francisco, Calif.
